To Banos and Saturday Evening Services at the Milton Martinez home.

Saturday during the day we, meaning Milton, Paulus, Lisbeth, Avis, and Walt, travelled from Riobamba to Banos to the hot springs. It is an enjoyable break in the action, and the area is well known for its beauty.

On the way back, we stopped for a cable cage ride over a deep ravine at the confluence of two rivers.
Rest assured, Walt checked the cables before we got into the cable car.

We later stopped in the city of Pelileo which is the jean capital of Ecuador. It appeared that jeans were less than half price of similar quality in the US.

In the evening, we gathered for services at the home of Milton Martinez. A total of 13 people, including two small children, were at the services. The service was based on Luke 3:15-22, the gift of baptism.
